Itachimae Uchiha was the twin sister of Itachi Uchiha which made her the daughter of Fugaku and Mikoto Uchiha. She was the older sister of Sasuke and the younger sister of Daku. She joined the Akatsuki, but became a spy for Itachi.

Itachimae was born on June 9th to Mikoto and Fugaku Uchiha as the twin of Itachi, Itachi was born first so he was older than Itacimae. Itachimae was a fairly tall woman of fair complexion. She had onyx eyes like Itachi. She had jet-black hair that was pulled back in a low ponytail and her face was framed with center-parted bangs that extended to her chin; the ponytail and bangs grew longer over the years. When she lived in Konoha, her casual clothes consisted of a black shirt with the Uchiha clan symbol on the back, bandages around her ankles, and black sandals. She wore tan pants with a weapons pouch strapped to her back. When on duty, she would wear the standard Anbu uniform complete with arm guards, a flak jacket. She was sometimes mistaken for Itachi which she found a little annoying.
